To Place Imagistic’s Copier Service Calls On-Line

Select Support

Scroll down drop down menu and select
-
Request Technical Support on-line
-
Fill in the information for you as the contact person
-
(Your model # and serial # are on the copier as well as the service log tablets I have provided you with.)

For Type of Request
-
Select Equipment Maintenance/Service Required
-
Type the problem in the Details Box
-
Select Submit
It will tell you that your request has been submitted and you will receive a confirmation number via email, (this sometimes takes a couple of hours but the call has been laced).
Note: Please continue to log any and all service calls on the log sheets provided and email me with the call information and confirmation number so I can be sure these calls are processed in a timely manner.
For future calls you will now be able to double click on the box, a drop down menu will open and your previous information will be there. Just double click on the information and it will appear in the box and prevent you from retyping all the information in again and again.
