SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Susquehanna University junior midfielder Caitlin Meara has been named to the STX/National Field Hockey Coaches Association South Atlantic Region second team, the NFHCA announced Monday.

Meara was named second-team All-Commonwealth Conference for the second straight season after helping the Crusaders finish 8-9 overall and 3-4 in the conference in 2004.

Meara (Wilmington, DE/Concord) led the Crusaders with seven assists and finished fourth on the team in points with nine. She has started 55 consecutive games spanning her entire Susquehanna career and has nine goals and 15 assists for 33 points in three seasons to rank fifth on the career assist list.
