Temple has been employed at Susquehanna since 1983. Her duties as mathematics coordinator include selecting and supervising math tutors, overseeing the math center and teaching a section of Math 099, College Math Preparation. She meets with students in the KAP, MAP and SAP programs and conducts exit interviews for students who are withdrawing from the university. She also teaches Precalculus and Introduction to Statistics for the math department and a section of Perspectives to first-year students in the fall semester.
Temple is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Kappa Delta Pi (education honorary), Pi Mu Epsilon (math honorary) and NACADA (college advising), and is a former member of the Pennsylvania Association of Developmental Educators.
