In addition to serving on the music faculties of Susquehanna University and Dickinson College, Ogilvie currently serves as principal horn in the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes (Corning-Elmira, N.Y.) and the Utica Symphony (Utica, N.Y.). In addition to his freelance orchestral work in the New York and Pennsylvania areas, Ogilvie performs his own electroacoustic compositions for horn utilizing pre-amp sound effects processors, pre-recorded soundtracks and visual multimedia elements.
