Pine Meadows Programs
The after-school program and summer enrichment programs are designed to engage children in a fun learning environment to explore their own capabilities as well as develop their social, physical and personal skills. Participants learn social skills by becoming more comfortable with other participants who are different from them, and they learn group cohesion. They develop their personal skills by learning different ways of responding to new and challenging situations, as well as becoming more open to trying new things. The program’s activities include outdoor play time, which is essential to the development of youth's motor skills. Through craft activities, participants also get a chance to fully discover and explore their own creative abilities.
