Dunkleberger leads the Administrative Information Services team within the Office of Information Technology, which provides services such as project management, coordination and communication through collaborative efforts. He is also a member of the management team within the Office of Information Technology.

Dunkleberger serves on the university’s Administrative System Management and Leadership teams, and leads initiatives such as Common Student Data.

Dunkleberger has over 15 years of experience working with information technology within higher education. At Susquehanna, he previously served as manager of technical operations, network specialist, and software support specialist. In all of his roles he has assisted in the growth and sustainability of technology at the university.

Dunkleberger is a participating member of EDUCAUSE, the higher education association focusing on information technology; the Datatel Users Group; and the Pennsylvania Datatel Users Group.
