Connections
The world we live in is diverse and interconnected. Study in this area of the Central Curriculum will lead students to a fundamental understanding of themselves and their relationship to others. They will explore the theories of diversity and experience different cultures in order to reflect on their personal growth, social responsibility and the value of active participation in human society.
Requirements for the Connections component include:
Diversity – 4 semester hours
Cross-cultural Reflection – 2 semester hours
Diversity Intensive courses – 4 semester hours
