Bollinger promotes and fosters career development through individual student appointments and programming. As an adjunct faculty member, she teaches two Introduction to Professional Development courses each academic year. She is an active member of PennACE (Pennsylvania Association of Colleges and Employers) and has served as a conference presenter and member of the Student of the Year Award, Conference and Hospitality Committees.

Bollinger holds a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration – Student Affairs from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communication Studies from Ursinus College.

In addition to working in career services, Bollinger also has experience in Greek life, international student services, leadership, student activities, event planning and health promotion.
