Fabian holds a Master of Arts degree in student personnel from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Saint Francis University. Fabian has worked as a psychiatric technician and a mental health specialist in addition to her experience in career services, alumni relations and university admissions. She has presented at regional conferences, her articles on career advising have been published nationally and she is frequently quoted as an expert on employability and career preparation.
As director of career services for Susquehanna University, Fabian is responsible for developing and presenting career outreach programs, overseeing office personnel and working with students during individual career advising appointments. As an adjunct faculty member, she teaches four Introduction to Professional Development courses each academic year. She has served as president, webmaster and publication committee chair for the Central Pennsylvania Employment Consortium.
