Apfelbaum Hall

Apfelbaum Hall, completed in 1999, is a high technology, wireless learning center for the entire campus, as well as home to the Sigmund Weis School of Business. It includes multimedia classrooms and computer labs, a state-of-the-art presentation room, the Student Investment Center, two television studios and numerous small-group study rooms that allow for collaboration among students and faculty.

Apfelbaum Hall houses management and accounting department faculty as well as the dean’s office. The Department of Economics is housed in Steele Hall.

Student Investment Center

The Sigmund Weis School of Business opened its Student Investment Center in 2010. This advanced investment trading room is a learning lab allowing students to manage a real investment portfolio, with funds allocated by the Student Government Association. 

The Student Investment Center provides students with a place to gain real-world financial expertise that will give them an edge in the job market.  The space also gives students access to a space comparable to a Wall Street trading financial company.
