Research

The School of Natural and Social Sciences presents students with special opportunities to undertake research projects with their professors, many of whom have received prestigious National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Science Foundation (NSF) grants. These research projects often lead to presentations at professional meetings as well as both graduate school and professional opportunities upon graduation.

Collaborative and independent research is conducted year round.

The Research Partners Program provides stipends for students to participate in full-time research during the summer.

Susquehanna hosts a Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) in Mathematics. The program, funded by the NSF, allows Susquehanna faculty and students to collaborate with researchers and undergraduates from other  institutions in the investigation of quantum information theory.
