Biology at Susquehanna University

Department of Biology

Biology is the study of life, from activity at the sub-cellular level to the function of ecosystems. At Susquehanna University, biology students have the opportunity to explore this vibrant, dynamic subject by conducting original research in state-of-the-art campus laboratories and places as far-flung as the Australian rain forest.

With its emphasis on faculty-student collaboration, the biology department provides opportunities and experiences as varied as the biological world itself. After Susquehanna, biology graduates find success in diverse careers ranging from medicine to ecology.
