Applications

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) – This application is required for any federal and/or state aid. Susquehanna University's school code is 003369. All schools will require this form.

CSS Profile – This application is required for need-based financial aid at Susquehanna University. Susquehanna's school code is 2820.

CSS Profile Business/Farm Supplement – If your family owns a business or a farm, you are required to complete this supplemental form to the CSS Profile.

2012 Non-Tax Filer's Statement – This form is required for a parent(s) of a dependent student who is exempt from the requirement to file a 2012 federal income tax return.

Follow Up

2013-14 Verification Form - Dependent Student- One-third of our student population is selected for "verfication." Please print, complete, and return this form to the financial aid office if you have been selected.

2013–14 Susquehanna University Need-Based Financial Aid Application – This form is required for students seeking need-based grant assistance from Susquehanna.
