Fall Open House

Saturday, Nov. 8

Susquehanna opens its doors so you can take a close look at our outstanding academic programs and top-notch facilities, plus learn more about social life on campus. You’ll meet faculty, students, coaches and staff.  Find out if Susquehanna might be just the right match for you!

8 a.m.—Pick up your registration packet
8:45 a.m.—Welcome to Susquehanna University!
9 a.m.—Student and faculty member panel
10 and 10:45 a.m.—"Find Out More" break-out sessions:

  • Career development
  • Crusader athletics
  • Off-campus studies (our award-winning GO program)
  • Meet the academic deans from the School for Arts & Sciences and the Sigmund Weis School of Business
  • Social and leadership development opportunities

11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.—Campus Tours and Lunch
1:30 p.m.—Admissions and Financial Aid overview

Creative Writing Day

Monday, Nov. 3

Our nationally-recognized Writers Institute will host a day of workshops, readings, and information sessions from 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (lunch included).  Parents and teachers are welcome.

We will offer the following workshops:

  • Novel
  • Short story
  • Poetry
  • Memoir
  • Screenwriting
  • Sci-Fi/Fantasy
  • Journalism
  • Sports journalism
  • College writing
