Career Development Program

The four-year career development program at Susquehanna is designed to help you choose a career path, develop employment and job search skills and market your abilities. Components include:

An internship in New York City
  • strong academic advising
  • required career development course carrying academic credit
  • individual and group advising
  • career library resources, including Internet access
  • self-assessment inventories
  • job search and resume workshops
  • an annual Employment and Internship Fair

Career Services

Available services include:

  • assistance in locating internships
  • on-campus recruiting
  • a resume collection service
  • job search workshops ranging from resume writing to conducting an effective interview
  • the annual on-campus Employment and Internship Career Fair
  • participation in regional job fairs, including Philadelphia and New Jersey Career Fairs, Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania Consortium Job Fairs and an education job fair
