Susquehanna students fare well in graduate school and employment markets, especially with the employment outlook brighter for entry-level positions. Ninety-five percent of the class of 2005 reported being employed or enrolled in graduate or professional schools within six months of commencement. 74 percent of the class reported employment and 21 percent of the class are pursuing further education.

Employers for the class include American Psychiatric Foundation, Ernst and Young, Fox 29 News, Goldman Sachs and Company, Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical, Lockheed Martin, Merrill Lynch, Merck, Northwestern Human Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vanguard Group, and Zurich. Graduate and professional schools enrolling members of the class of 2005 include Boston University, Cornell, Pennsylvania State University, Purdue, University of Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt, and Villanova.
