Susquehanna vs. The Catholic University of America (Selinsgrove, Pa.) - In the three-game series with conference opponent, Catholic, sophomore Chris Price (Coral Springs, Fla./Coral Glades) helped the Crusaders to a 2-1 weekend. He went 7-for-11 while at bat, scored four runs with five RBI, two home runs and a solo stolen base. With the two wins, the Crusaders sit third in the conference with a record of 8-3 (13-11 overall).
Jess Weiss - Lacrosse
Susquehanna vs. Frostburg, Catholic and Trinity (DC) - Jess Weiss (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./William Tennent), a senior goalie recently helped SU to a 20-0 win over Trinity (DC), to tally her first shut-out of the season. In addition, Weiss was in goal to save 10 shots in the Crusaders 17-10 victory over Frostburg on Wednesday and on Saturday, despite tallying a loss, she made 20 saves against conference opponent, Catholic.
