Susquehanna vs. Elizabethtown (Selinsgrove, Pa.) - On Saturday, senior Jeff Fornadley (Hummelstown, Pa. /Hershey) fell just .25 off of his school record in the 100 freestyle as he won the event in a blistering 47.91. With his time, Fornadely sits number one in the Landmark Conference. Fornadley also topped the 50 freestyle field (22.70).
The Crusaders (7-0, 3-0) added to their undefeated season with another win controlling the tempo of the non-conference meet against the Blue Jays by a 115-68 margin.
Susquehanna vs. Lycoming (Selinsgrove, Pa.) - Thursday evening Susquehanna defeated local rival Lycoming College in non-conference basketball action 71-59. Led by Val Houseal's (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) 19 points, the Crusaders placed four in double figures while playing 11 of their 16 total squad-members confirming a strong-bench presence.
With the win Susquehanna improved to 5-2 overall; the Warriors dropped to 4-3 on their season.
