Evert Dining Room Digital Display Request Form

Please complete this form to submit a request to have information broadcast over the digital display screens in the Evert Dining Room. Click Browse to select the file you are submitting to be displayed. The file you choose will automatically be transferred to Campus Activities.

Please note: depending on the size of your file and the speed of your Internet connection, it may take up to a minute for the order confirmation page to appear after clicking Submit. We do not recommend using this form when connected via a dial-up modem.

Material to be displayed must be submitted by noon on Monday in order to be displayed that week. Submitted material will be reviewed for content and file integrity. Event announcements may be submitted for any event throughout the semester. Announcement start dates should be no more than seven days prior to the event.
