"Vision for Leadership, Leadership with Vision"

Leaders Inc. is a program designed specifically for Susquehanna's first year students and is geared toward the development of leadership skill of SU's future leaders. The goal of the program is to provide first year students with the opportunity to:

• Identify incoming new student leadership potential
• Prepare new students for campus leadership through critical reflection on effective leadership
• Provide opportunities to practice leadership skills
• Encourage the practice of leadership for change
