One Stop Shopping

Campus Center Mailroom  -TWO NEW SERVICES FOR STUDENTS!

In an attempt to provide you, the student, with one-stop shopping in the Campus Center Mail Room, the Campus Center Mailroom is now providing metered postage for mail you send.
US stamp

  • Postage is available for postcards, letters, oversized envelopes and packages up to 20lbs.
  • The postage will be printed on your letter or on labels to be affixed to your letter or package.
  • Standard first class letters are .42 per letter, standard postcards are .27 per postcard and packages are based on weight.
  • This postage is payable by cash only.
  • Please provide exact change when possible, change can/will be made in small amounts only.
  • The campus center mail room will not accept bills larger than $20.00.
  • The campus center mail room will not make change unless you are purchasing postage.
  • You may purchase metered labels (stamps) as you need them or purchase undated labels (stamps) in advance to take with you.
  • Metered Postage is available from the hours of 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 9:30 – 11:30 on Saturdays during the Academic Year.
  • For additional convenience, all USPS, UPS, DHL and FED EX packages are NOW available for your pick- up in the Campus Center Mail Room.
  • The Campus Center Mail Room will notify you via slips in your mailboxes and/or email when packages are available for your pick-up.
  • These packages are available in the Campus Center Mail Room.
  • Take the slip to the Mail Room window to request and sign for your package(s).

NOTICE FOR FACULTY AND STAFF

  • Any postage being charged back to an account number for Departments and/or student organizations will need to continue to be processed through the Outgoing Mail Room in the Admissions Complex.
  • In addition, Faculty, Staff and Administration are welcome to use these services provided they are purchasing postage with cash, not departmental use.
