Organizations

University Organizations are responsible for the distribution of their own mailings if over 25 pieces.

If under 25 pieces, the mailroom staff will distribute the mailings; however, they must be banded and alphabetized according to last name. Any items large enough to be parceled are the responsibility of the organization to distribute.

All mailings are to be distributed after 10:30 am
