The Charles B. Degenstein H'82 Professorships support senior professors in all three Susquehanna Schools and were established through a generous endowment gift. The Degenstein Endowments are described in the Special Endowments section. The Tressler Professorship in Accounting is supported by the Tressler Accounting Endowment Fund, described in the Special Endowments section.. The Alan R. Warehime H'82 Endowed Professorship in Business Administration, named in honor of a loyal Susquehanna board of directors member, supports a senior professor in the Sigmund Weis School of Business. The Winifred and Gustave Weber Professorship in the Humanities was established by the Women's Auxiliary of Susquehanna University in honor of Gustave Weber, past president of the University, and his wife. The National Endowment for the Humanities has also contributed to this fund, which supports an outstanding new teacher/scholar in a humanities discipline on a rotating basis. |
