Examines the theory and practice of corporate financial management. Topics include the financial environment, time value of money, bond and stock valuation, and the capital asset pricing model. Also covers analysis of financial statements, financial forecasting, capital budgeting, long-term financing decisions, the cost of capital, capital structure, dividend policy and working capital management.
