Susquehanna University is now using Datatel's software for registration. Students will log in to WebSU to search and register for courses. It is in the student's best interest to schedule courses during the registration period prior to classes beginning, due to registration being "real - time". If space exists in a course, students may add themselves to the course. Students can also drop themselves from a course, prior to the start of classes.

Departments are now listed as four-letter codes, more intuitive than the previous codes and some building codes are slightly different.

The Datatel software has enabled the university to apply rules from the catalog which will prevent students from enrolling in courses for which they do not qualify, eg have not met the pre-requisites or are not at the correct academic level. WebSU will display an error message if registration rules are not met. If you receive such an error, click on the course to see the course description and information on pre-requisites, etc. Most of the rules will be in effect for registration, but the pre-requisite checking will not operate until 2007 spring semester registration in October.
