Résumé Collections
Many employers have a difficult time spending recruiting dollars
to come to campus, or don't have a true HR function within their
company. To meet the needs of employers who, for various reasons,
may not be able to come to campus to recruit, employers can set
up résumé collections where their position will
be posted and interested students will submit their résumé
for consideration. The benefit of this over résumé
referrals is that employers know that the résumés
they receive are from students who are interested in the listed
position and company.
If you are interested in setting up a résumé collection
simply contact our office at (570) 372-4146, or send an email
to career@susqu.edu, provide
us with your contact information and date that you would like
to receive the résumés. Please be prepared to email
a position description, and requirements to make the process as
quick as possible. |
