President:Responsible for presiding over biweekly Chapel Council meetings and calling Executive Board meetings as he/she sees fit.Vice-President:Responsible for coordinating the annual Multi-Faith Gathering of Thanksgiving and Chapel Council Semi-Formal.Secretary:Responsible for keeping record of the proceedings of the Council, handle any necessary correspondence, and for recording attendance. Responsible for sending minutes to all Council members.Treasurer:Responsible for submitting monthly budget reports to SGA, as well as preparing the annual budget to be approved by the Council for the referral to SGA.SGA Representative:Responsible for attending all SGA meetings, fulfill all duties of an SGA Senator as prescribed by SGA, and report back to the Council. |
