Faith + Life + Learning

That's what SU CASA, the Susquehanna University Central America Service Adventure is all about: exploring the ways our Central American friends live the Christian faith, experiencing the joyful as well as challenging realities of life in two-thirds world nations, learning about another culture and reflecting on our own.

Since 1999, 145 members of the Susquehanna University community have served and studied for two weeks in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, delivering a combined total of more than $215,000 in materials and donor-designated cash gifts, and contributing at least 7,100 hours of volunteer labor. Just as important, we have established relationships with people we are truly blessed to call our friends.

Is SU CASA something you should consider? The next trips are June 20-30, 2005 (Belize) and December 31-January 14, 2006 (Costa Rica and Nicaragua).

Peace,

Mark Wm. Radecke
