30 Hour Famine

Fasting to End World Hunger

The 30 Hour Famine was held on March 27-28. Over 40 students (and Chaplain) participated in the fast. Students raised more than $1500 for World Vision, a Christian organization that promotes development and provides assistance to over 100 million people in 100 countries.

Students prepare to start the fast with a short devotion service in Horn Meditation Chapel

Students play games during Tuesday Night Watch to support each other in their fasts and learn about world hunger.
