The Chaplain's Corner "Give us today our daily bread." How often I pray those words, mindless of the ways in which the Creator daily grants my petition. As I wander the aisles of supermarket abundance and cafeteria choices, I ask one thing more: Show me how to see the world through the eyes of the hungry. And then teach me to pray a new prayer, O God: "Give daily bread to those who are hungry, And hunger for justice to those who have bread." |
