Guidelines
1. Include Account # on order form
2. Check paper colors
3. Check single-sided or double-sided
4. Check all Finishing Processes
5. Check quantity - Min 50, cardstock min 1
6. All extraneous marks on original will reproduce
7. Originals should be black ink on white paper
8. Colored originals will reproduce with shaded background
9. For best results, type original or use black or blue ink pen
10. 3/8 - 1/2" margins needed on all four sides of original
11. Any tape over type/image will reproduce blurred or light
12. Number pages on back for proper collation if not numbered
13. Colored ink requires one week notice
14. Please provide sample for cutting or folding
15. For binding or padding for tablets, allow additional 24 hrs.
16. Special order paper available with prices & lead times determined per order
17. Blank stocks available for delivery or pick up in Print Shop
18. Copy layout,typesetting, scanning available upon request and will be charged accordingly
19. Minimums:
Press minimums-50 copies per original
Colored ink on Press minimum-200 copies per original
High-speed copier-no minimum
LaserPrinter-no minimum
Binding and Laminating-no minimum
