This model is the same upright tombstone as tomb-G, but
with the contact facets replaced by line integrals around the
contact lines.

Notable features:
The main new feature is line integrals on the z+ face for energy and
content. I use dy slicing, with a slice running along the z+ face AND
down the x+ face.
