Performances for Koide kindergarten and elementary school children
Eat lunch with the elementary school children
Leave back to the university, arriving around 5pm |

Recital performance at Niigata University |

Leave by train and taxi to Niigata Port, board ferry to Sado Island, arrive 12 noon
Private bus tour of the island (Chokokuji and Myosenji temples, sake brewery, Osado Sky Line, Senkakuwan Bay), with drop-off at the Japanese Inn around 5pm
Check into Japanese rooms and dinner at the inn |

Morning: 3 hour walking tour of Aikawa's town temples and shrines and visit with local traditional Sado potters, one of whom is a National Treasure
Afternoon: free - explore Kinzan's gold mine museum or the streets of Aikawa |

depart Sado Island by ferry to Niigata city, then bullet train to Tokyo
Arrive Tokyo around 2pm, check into hotel
