Citizens Legal Rights
Under the CAA, CWA and RCRA any citizen may bring suit against anyone including government entities for violations.
Under RCRA suit may be filed for past as well as present management or disposal practices.
Under SDWA any citizen may commence a civil suit against any party in violation and can bring a suit against the EPA.
