New Science Building – A green, state-of-the-art center for biology, chemistry, and earth & environmental science. West Village Phase II and III – An expansion of a premium residence hall complex, adding housing for 240 students.
University Avenue Improvements – Modifications to University Avenue to increase safty for drivers and pedestrians.
Additional projects during this period include the expansion of the Art Annex, creation of new parking, renovation of the properties acquired from St. Pius X Church and upgrade to numerous houses on University Avenue. In addition, Fisher Hall will undergo major renovation when the new science building is complete in 2010.
During construction, there inevitably will be some disruptions, from parking and walkway reconfigurations to some noise to dust at times.
