A HILARIOUS BATTLE OF THE SEXES TAKES THE SU STAGE

SELINSGROVE, ( Pa. ) – The Department of Theatre at Susquehanna University will present “The Pajama Game” Nov. 9-11 in Weber Chapel Auditorium. "The Pajama Game" is a romantic comedy portraying the troubles of a workplace romance at Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory between superintendent Sid Sorokin and the leader of the union grievance committee, Babe Williams. Hilarity ensues in this battle of the sexes as relationships come to a head in the midst of a union strike for a 7½ cent raise.

Directed by Professor Larry Augustine, Susquehanna's rendition of the 1954 Tony winner will feature the original musical score of Richard Adler and Jerry Ross.

Shows begin at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $17 for adults and $8 for non-SU students. Tickets may be purchased by calling the campus box office at 570-372-ARTS (2787).
