Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Department is responsible for the general upkeep of the campus grounds and buildings. In addition to day-to-day maintenance, facilities management assists in set-ups, delivery of packages, reconfiguring of office spaces as needed and more.

Requests for service or concerns may be made by campus mail, phone (x4147) or email. Work is scheduled in advance; therefore, a few days notification is appreciated. Please use good judgment in determining what is an emergency.

Any unusual occurrence, malfunction of a utility, or an equipment failure that may present imminent damage to life or property is an emergency and should be reported immediately by phone (x4147) to the facilities management office. NOTE: If the emergency is a fire, call 911 FIRST and then the facilities management office. Any matter requiring immediate attention after hours should be directed to public safety (x4444).

The departments within facilities management are: carpentry, central receiving, custodial, electrical, grounds/general labor, locksmith, paint, plumbing and preventive maintenance.

Central Receiving accepts packages and shipments from vendors, ships items as needed, and stores materials used on campus. It is located at 500 W. Sassafras Street, Selinsgrove PA 17870.
