Hollenbach is responsible for booking all facility spaces, Monday through Friday after 4:05 p.m., and all day Saturday and Sunday. He is also responsible for booking all nonacademic spaces, except athletic facilities, at all times. He is also in charge of the Celebration Express, Shuttle Service, and the student staff in the Office of Campus Activities, which includes building managers, office assistants, operations crew and manager, and specific specialty managers.

Hollenbach has chaired the LGBT Alumni Association since 2002. He received Susquehanna's WIT (Whatever It Takes) award in 2009. He is an active volunteer for the Pennsylvania Special Olympics and for Haven to Home, a dog rescue group.
