Help Desk Coordinator

Kramer’s work includes tracking, organizing and recording work requests; assisting with the training and management of student Help Desk workers and student technicians; processing purchase orders for hardware and software; assisting in ordering office equipment; and acting as liaison between the Office of Information Technology and university staff, faculty and students. She is the support person for Microsoft Office 2007, and maintains a database for all university printers, scanners, computers, copiers and fax machines.
