Application for Employment
The application for employment is primarily used by those who are applying for a facilities position, such as a custodian, housekeeper or laborer. Applications for facilities positions are kept for one year from the date of submission. An application for employment or addendum to resume or vitae must be completed by all applicants in order to complete a background check.
