Part-Time Instructor, Labor Relations
Susquehanna University is seeking a part time instructor for a Labor Relations course to be offered from March 11-May 2, 2013, on Thursday evenings, 6:30 -9:30 p.m.
This is a two-credit survey course regarding organized labor in the United States. Topics cover issues such as the evolution of American labor; union structure, governance, and operation; perspectives of organized labor and management; labor law and federal agencies that oversee it; collective bargaining negotiable issues and negotiations; administration of collective bargaining agreements; and forms of dispute settlement.
Qualification: MBA or MS from an accredited college or university, and 3-5 years of related recent business experience are required. Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
