Web Publishing Policy - Other Pages
Other Web pages are defined as pages that are not directly related to the University. The following policy statements are in addition to the base policy statements.
- Requests for pages to be hosted within the University web environment may be submitted to the chairperson of the web steering committee and/or the webmaster.
- Web space will be created upon the approval of the web steering committee and will be deleted at the termination of the project, activity, or organization.
- Development, placement in the University web environment, and maintenance must be coordinated with the webmaster. All pages must operate and be maintainable within the University web environment.
- A web space limit may be imposed by the web steering committee based upon disk drive space, student enrollment, and the number of employees.
- Pages must identify themselves as belonging to the individual(s) requesting space.
