"Goals and How to Get There" Form

This page contains the "Goals and How to Get There" form that you will use for completing your portfolio. Right click the link below and select "Save Target As..." When the Save dialog box opens, find the folder or location where you want to save the file, make sure that the "Save as type" field says "Microsoft Word Document," and then click "Save." Doing this allows you to keep a blank copy of this form for later use when completing your portfolio.

Goals and How to Get There

The "Goals and How to Get There" form is used to keep track of a student's development over his or her time at Susquehanna. This form allows students to set both their immediate and long-term goals and provides a means of outlining those ideas. Furthermore, the "Goals and How to Get There" form helps students with recognizing essential steps that they will need to take in order to accomplish their goals.
