Guests are welcome
The buffet luncheon menu will feature signature options selected by the Aramark culinary staff.
While tickets may be purchased at the door, graduates are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets at Evert Dining Room during Senior Week to ensure that they and their families won't have to wait in lines on May 11.
We cannot reserve tables for particular times, so we ask for your understanding if large parties must find seating at more than one table. The crowd will be the largest immediately following the Baccalaureate service. |
2:30 p.m. |
Commencement, Field House, Garrett Sports Complex
There will be ample seating in the air-conditioned Field House for families and guests, so tickets will not be required. The ceremony also will be covered on a live, large-screen videocast in the Degenstein Center Theater for guests who would prefer to view it there.
Seating is not reserved and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To provide equal access to the seating for all guests, we ask that families not use signs, ropes or any other means to “reserve” seats. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
