-To save time and avoid delays created by the log on and off process of using a laptop, a network share will be created for all Senior Scholars Day materials. Please save a copy of your materials to the following location:<\\hopper\ScholarDay> prior to Monday, April 16, 2007, at Noon. In trying to avoid problems, everyone has write permission to this server space but no one has modify permissions. What does this mean? If you save a copy of your presentation to this location and need to make modifications, you will need to save a new copy to the server location. You will not be able to overwrite your old file. Questions regarding this server space should be directed to x4888 or email ctradvtech@susqu.edu. This extension and email account will notify someone in the IT department who will be able to answer your questions.
- Creative Performances: Musical performances will be held in the Cunningham Center for Music and Art. All performances will be under the guidance of Dr. David Steinau and participants should contact Dr. Steinau for requirements. Graphic Design Majors will display their artwork throughout the day in the first floor art wing of the center. All participants will be supervised by Mr. Mark Fertig and should contact Mr. Fertig for guidance.
- Student Facilitators: Oral presentation sessions are facilitated by an individual who will introduce the speakers and monitor the timing of the presentations. If you wish to volunteer as a facilitator for one or more sessions, please contact Dr. M.L. Klotz at x4382 or klotz@susqu.edu.
