Living On Campus: North Hall


North Hall

Built in 1971, North was renovated in the summer of 1998. Changes included reconfiguring rooms to include a number of singles; air-conditioning; the addition of an elevator; and the construction of a 3-story addition to the original building. Windows have mini-blinds and rooms will have tile floors.

Helpful Facts & Figures

  • All rooms are eggshell in color.
  • Single rooms range in size from 95 to 123 sq. ft.; doubles are between 163 and 180 sq. ft.
  • All rooms have two windows, side by side; each window is approximately 4' high x 2'9" wide.
  • Windows have built-in mini blinds. No curtains or curtain rods, but tension rods may be used.
  • Temperature controlled air, and lounge facilities. There is an elevator.
