Cameron Dougherty: Club Liasion

My name is Cameron Dougherty. I am a junior accounting major from Voorhees, NJ. I just finished a semester studying abroad in London, during which I visited 9 different countries. In addition to SAC, I am involved with the Accounting Club, SIFE, and the SU Ice Hockey team.

Lindsay Wisser: Charlie's Coffehouse Chair

Hello I'm Lindsay Wisser. I am a Secondary Education English major from Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. I like to go hiking, watch hockey, do Pilates with Kaitlyn Tanis, and frolic about campus on random occasions. I hope to become a teacher one day, so maybe I'll be teaching your kids! If that doesn't work out, I may just resort to growing sunflowers and selling them for a living. Or I'll start my retirement business early-- owning a Christmas tree farm. Fraser or Douglas fir anyone???

Kristiana Sherman: President

My name is Kristina Sherman, and I am the president of Student Activities Committee for the 2012 - 2013 academic year. I'm from Colorado Springs, CO, and I am currently a junior majoring in History - Secondary Education with an Asian Studies minor. Fun fact: One time John Elway visited my elementary school for an assembly. It was okay, I guess.

Rebecca Wise: Vice President

Hi! I’m Rebecca Wise and the Vice President of SAC. I am a senior Business Marketing major from Phoenixville, PA. I love being involved on campus. I am a part of the cheerleading and equestrian team, Alpha Phi Omega, SGA and Welcome Week Planning Committee. I am also just returning from an amazing semester spent abroad in London! :)

Kaitlyn Tanis: Special Events Chair

My name is Kaitlyn Tanis. I'm from Oakland, New Jersey. My favorite things to do are read, listen to music, and watch movies. During my time at Susquehanna, I want to go to Ireland for the study abroad requirement. Also, I have broken nine of my toes from running around my house.

My name is Tim Toth. I'm a junior psychology secondary education major. I grew up in the beautiful cow-infested town of Port Trevorton (approximately 10 minutes south of Selinsgrove. My idol is Brent Papson. A fun fact about myself is that I've broken the same finger five different times.

My name is Brooke and I am a journalism and photography double major. I love to take pictures and write stories. My dream job is to be like Meryl Streep's character in The Devil Wears Prada, but nicer.

Brent Papson: Adviser

My name is Brent Papson. I am the Director of Student Activities at Susquehanna University. Prior to working at SU I served as the Director of Fund Development and Community Relations at a non-profit organization in Pennsylvania and as the National Sales Director at PRSourceCode, a content service provider for public relations practitioners. I also serve on my church board and the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce ATHENA Committee. I earned his B.S. in Public Relations from SU.

Kyle Van Laar: Events Coordinator

My name is Kyle Van Laar and I am a freshman here at Susquehanna University. I am the Events Coordinator for SAC. I am also the treasurer for Big Brother and Big Sister. I am studying education while at Susquehanna. Since this is my first semester on the SAC exec board, I hope to bring good ideas and show why I deserve to have my position.

All Susquehanna University Students are eligible to join SAC General Committee and to assist with the programming, advertising and staffing of major campus events.

Meetings are held for the committee to come together and help brainstorm, design and carry out plans for campus events every other Monday night at 9:30 PM in the Meeting Rooms.
