SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Susquehanna University junior strong safety Dennis Kodack has been selected to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his performance during the games of September 29.

The honor marks the second time in as many years that Kodack has received recognition on the Team of the Week, as he was named following his standout performance against Wilkes last season.

Kodack (Paxinos, PA/Shamokin H.S.) blocked the potential game-tying extra point with 24 seconds remaining to cap an afternoon in which he finished with 10 tackles (nine solo) and a sack while forcing two fumbles (one of which he recovered). The MAC's second-leading punter with a 37.1 yard average, Kodack punted six times and averaged 39.8 yards in blustery conditions.

The Crusaders (1-3 overall, 1-2 MAC) will battle 3rd-ranked Widener (4-0, 4-0) on Saturday at Lopardo Stadium as part of Homecoming Weekend at Susquehanna.
