Lepley 10th in 55 hurdles at NCAA Indoor

WHITEWATER, WI – Susquehanna University freshman Emily Lepley finished 10 th in the women's 55-meter hurdle trials at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Friday evening.
Lepley (Lewistown, PA/Lewistown H.S.) was timed at 8.46 seconds to finish sixth in her heat, just .01 seconds behind Rachel Hutchins of Loras who was the eighth and final qualifier for Saturday's final.
Lepley, who is the second Susquehanna athlete to compete at the NCAA indoor championships and the first female qualifier, finished second at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships with a season-best time of 8.44 seconds.
