Kathy Kroupa, Head Coach

Kathy Kroupa enters her third season as the head of the Susquehanna University's women's soccer team in 2008 after serving as an assistant coach for the previous five seasons.
For the past six years, Kroupa has also served as the head softball coach at Susquehanna. In 2006, she was named the Middle Atlantic Commonwealth Conference Coach of the Year after guiding the Crusaders to a 22-12 record.
She continues to coach the softball team in addition to the women's soccer squad while also serving as an advocate for SU's Sexual Assault Student Support Program and a coordinator for the CHAMPS/Life Skills Program.
A native of Weston, Conn., Kroupa was a goalkeeper for Gettysburg College from 1991 to 94 and still holds school career records for wins (44), saves (420), saves per game (6.46), save percentage (.842) and shutouts (26).
After graduating from Gettysburg in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Kroupa earned a master's degree in counseling psychology from Radford University in 1998.
Megan Bollinger, Assistant Coach
Megan Bollinger is in her third season as an assistant coach of the women’s soccer team.
A native of Kreamer, Pa., Bollinger is a graduate of Middleburg High School and was a four-year soccer letterwinner at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. While at Pitt-Bradford, she was a two-time All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference selection
She graduated from Pitt-Bradford with a degree in business management and is currently a special events coordinator for the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Andrew Zechman, Assistant Coach
Andrew Zechman is in his second season as an assistant coach for Susquehanna women's soccer in 2008.
As a collegiate soccer player, Zechman was a standout for Penn State-Altoona, where he was a four-time all-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference honoree. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from PSU-Altoona in 2006.
A native of nearby Paxtonville, Pa., he is currently pursuing a master's degree from the California University of Pennsylvania.
Krista Liotti, Assistant Coach
Krista Liotti joins the Crusaders athletics staff in 2008 as an assistant women's soccer coach.
Liotti comes to Susquehanna University after serving as an assistant women's soccer coach at King's College (Pa.) in 2007. While working with the Monarchs' goalkeepers, Liotti also served as a goalkeeper trainer for the United Soccer Training Academy in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Previously, she spent time as the head junior and senior high school girls' soccer coach at St. John Neumann Regional Academy in Williamsport, Pa., in addition to serving as an assistant women's soccer coach at Luzerne County Community College.
Liotti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Misericordia University in 2003 before receiving another Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 -- this time in physical education with a minor in coaching and sport and exercise psychology from Lock Haven University.
